When aligning incentives for management and shareholders, performance-based equity remains critical. Equity Methods will review common award structures, the theoretical underpinnings of award and option valuation models, and Monte Carlo simulation techniques used to value awards. We will use many real-world examples so audience members can understand the equity award structures, key features to look out for, and typical ways to value these awards.
