RP133 Efficient Appraisal Practice: The Master Assistant

  • Registration Closed

Webinar Description

Wednesday, November 8, 2023
1:00pm-2:00pm Eastern US

The webinar series begins with the concept of streamlining one's appraisal practice, understanding the value of time, and examining aspects of the work that an appraiser can delegate. Through the series of five inter-connected webinars, we assess areas where assistants provide lift, illustrate more than mere data entry, train an assistant for maximum benefit, craft a procedures manual, and finally understand the full impact of an assistant in planning for the new year. This third week focuses on advanced tasks and clearly makes the connection between the assistant and the assignment's report, text addenda, workfile, and logistics, with a preview of coming weeks.

This webinar will be recorded.

Course Audience

All real property appraisers. Many examples are from a residential perspective, but the concepts discussed, specifically the use of assistants, is cross-discipline.
