Not every valuation includes a field inspection, but one is often valuable. Proper preparation on the appraiser's part will make the process efficient or both the appraiser and the on-site personnel.
In this webinar, we will cover several topics which will assist the new or experienced appraiser in making the most out of the field inspection. We will outline a variety of topics which will assist the appraiser in preparing for and executing a successful and time efficient field inspection. You will also walk away with a detailed sample questionnaire which will outline some of the data that should be gathered prior to and during the site inspection.
Course Audience
Any MTS appraiser who is newer in the valuation profession or who wants to sharpen their field inspection skills.
