Description
The main topics we discussed are data collection (how to collect data on ag equipment, what data is important, how to conduct an appropriate visual inspection, etc.); research and analysis (how to conduct research, discussion of types of data sources, how to adjust from auction data to FMV/OLV/FLV, etc.); and economic situation and outlook (effect of primary factors like HP or location on values, what's going on overall in the ag equipment space, any effect of commodities on overall values, etc.) Chelsey would be presenting on the data collection and research/analysis portion, with Andy using TractorZoom's extensive data to provide effective and current information on the economics area. All major categories of agriculture equipment can be covered, prioritizing the highest value categories.

She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with her designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
Born and raised on dairy farm; she enjoys being outdoors and any type of work. Chelsey and her husband, Pat, live in North Mankato, MN with their three children.
