Session Description

In this session we will discuss current hot topics in providing valuation services for litigated divorce matters. These will include the interrelationship between reasonable compensation, personal goodwill and post-divorce efforts.  We will also discuss the impact on changes in the standards of value in some states and whether personal goodwill should be measured based on the party's goodwill or other members of the firm.
