Session Description

In 2019, the AICPA launched a project to update the Accounting and Valuation Guide, Valuation of Privately Held Equity Securities Issued as Compensation (the Cheap Stock Guide).  In this session, one of the co-chairs of the Task Force will provide an update on the project, including changes that may have a significant impact on common stock valuations for some private companies.
