Your clients and prospects will be providing you with crucial information, so it’s important to listen to what they are saying and use the information wisely. Your ability to listen, feel, think, identify and plan are crucial skills to developing mutually beneficial relationships. This session will cover the identification of long-term methods to increase value through the development of relationships, markets and customers. It will also outline the sales, communication, marketing, intelligence, analysis and management skills required.
