William Johnston, ASA | Empire Valuation Consultants
Bill Johnston is the CEO and New York City Office Managing Partner at Empire Valuation Consultants and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University. With thirty years of valuation experience, he has served as Chair of the ASA’s Business Valuation Committee and as a member of the ASA Board. His background includes numerous speaking and teaching engagements, leadership as Chair of Empire’s Technical and Standards Committee, and participation in two Appraisal Foundation working groups focused on contingent consideration and intangible asset discount rates. He has also served as a board member and Treasurer of Eden Autism, supporting individuals with autism.
