This presentation provides attendees with the information they need to know about DealStats, a valuable resource in an appraiser’s market approach. The presentation will include a background on the resource, including the data sources DealStats uses, how the data is reviewed and vetted, and what benefits the database can provide. Attendees will learn the answers to questions that are most commonly asked in order to avoid any potential pitfalls when using the information. The audience will see a live demo of the database so they can efficiently navigate the platform to find the information they need for their market approach.
