Webinar Description
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are becoming more and more important to corporations, their shareholders, and owners. In this session, we will discuss ESG factors, their impact and their total impact on business, valuation and reporting. We will also be providing an overview of the proposed SEC disclosures coming down the pipeline. Next, we will provide resources on where to find ESG metrics. Lastly, we will end with examples on how to incorporate ESG into business valuation.
Instructional Methods
Methods include lecture, visual PPT presentation and polling questions.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), and Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuations with a specialty in Intangible Assets (ASA-BV/IA) by the American Society of Appraisers. Ms. Gianfala performs intellectual property and intangible asset valuations for purchase price allocations, impairment testing, internal intangible asset management, portfolio valuation and litigation support.
