Randa serves as the Director of Business Systems & Analytics for The SIGMA Group. Along with heading internal business development projects and working on optimizing SIGMA’s workflow processes by leveraging data to drive better decision making and outcomes, Randa also leads the SIGMA Appraisal department from both a divisional growth standpoint and as a Senior Appraiser. For over 20 years, the SIGMA Group of companies have established themselves as one of the most experienced and well-versed names in the equipment industry, equipping SIGMA Appraisal with a vast array of manufacturing packaging and processing equipment data across all market types.

Randa graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. Being extremely passionate about education and the continuous pursuit for knowledge, she continues to coach Data Analytics Courses within the MBA Program at USI. She is an active volunteer at the Evansville Museum of Art, Science, and History where she currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees, is Chair of the Finance Committee, and a member of the Marketing Committee.
