2024 IAC RP - The 'Hot' Words in Your Appraisal Report

Session Description

The seminar designed to help participants understand the difference between subjective and objective words and why objective language is crucial in appraisal reports.  Participants will learn to identify subjective language in an appraisal report and learn to replace subjective words with objective descriptions.
