This presentation will cover the nuances of how to determine the real effects of aircraft damage on the diminution of value. Presenter will discuss actual appraisal case studies of damage to airplanes and helicopters to demonstrate how various types of damage can affect the value of different types of aircraft. The course will present special emphasis on the degree of damage and the method of repair, differences between types of aircraft, and the perception of damage based on the category of aircraft operator/buyer.
